These highway bar covers will fit the 1999-2004 VN1500 Nomad with the factory highway bars. They will not fit ANY aftermarket bars, so please be sure you have stock bars before ordering.
These covers are hand made from black marine grade simulated leather that is scratch resistant and will withstand the elements very well. This material can be wiped down with water or any material cleaner/protectant to make it shine again.
