How quickly will my item be shipped once it has been ordered?

Most items are shipped in one to two business days after the order has been placed. If for some reason your order is delayed longer than two business days, you will be notified via email.

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive once it's shipped?

All of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless the customer upgrades to Express shipping. Priority Mail shipments should arrive in 2-5 business days.

 

How do I install my item?

All items made by PH Customs will be shipped with installation instructions. If you have any questions at all, we would be glad to answer them.

 

What do I do if I ordered the wrong thing?

If, at any time after you order, you realize that you ordered the incorrect item, contact us ASAP. If the order has yet to ship, we can correct the order before shipment. If the order has already shipped, we will return it for the correct item. Please see our return policy for further details on returns.

 

What happens if there is a mistake on my order?

Mistakes do happen. If you feel something is incorrect regarding your order, please contact us and we will rectify the situation.

 

What do I do if I don't like my item and would like to return it?

If for some reason you would like to return your item, contact us. We do accept returns within 2 weeks of the purchase date, but will only return items that are in brand new condition. Items that have been installed will NOT be returned. If a customer does decide they would like to return an item, and have not installed that item, they simply need to contact us to let us know you are making a return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item. Please keep the original packing materials. Once we receive the item back we will refund you for your original purchase price only, shipping not included. If you have any questions at all regarding this policy, please contact us.

 

If I choose to return my item, how will I be refunded?

Credit/Debit card purchases will be refunded back to your card, and money order purchases will be refunded via check.

 

International customers: Please note that most countries charge an import tax of some sort. This is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please do your research ahead of time, and know what to expect before purchasing. Also note that we will NOT risk our business by falsifying customs declarations and marking them as "Gifts", so please do not request us to do so. Contact your local authorities for information on import taxes.
